Laser tag arena manager
Over 10 years in entertainment and team-based activities. Ricardo designs the tactical games and organises the group events. The 45-minute double mission, added after too many groups said 20 minutes was not enough, was his call.
Game instructor and events coordinator
Sofia started as a laser tag player when she was young and turned it into a job. She runs the sessions for first-timers, the birthday parties and the corporate events, and her rule is that nobody leaves without having played properly, parents who came "just to watch" included.
No club cards, no plans. Whoever books a game talks to one of these two people, by phone, on WhatsApp or at the door.
The briefing is the same every time, takes about five minutes and is for everyone: first-timers and people on their third visit. Vest, laser gun, rules, in you go.
Friday evenings and Saturdays are when the most people turn up. On those days Sofia moves between birthday parties and groups of adults, which is why we ask you to book ahead.
